We are intrigued to understand user problems and purposefully design problem-solving experiences that seamlessly integrate into users' daily lives. The design process emphasizes the following key factors:

Holistic: Consider the end-to-end user journey, from pre-interaction (Before) to post-interaction (After).
Collaboration: Cross-functional teams and user input are integral throughout the process.
User-driven requirements: Product and functional requirements are grounded in user stories and journeys and design decisions are user insights informed.
Agile methodology: I embrace a 'fail fast, often iterate' approach to ensure continuous improvement.
Imagination power, imagining outcomes beyond the happy path can be life-saving hero moments.

The true process is that there is NO TRUE PROCESS.
